Important 2008 CSA Information
New Roots Farm will not be having a CSA in 2008 as we concentrate on raising our future farmer, Caleb, born this winter. We anticipate that the CSA will return in 2009. We are truly grateful for the interest expressed in the farm, the CSA and local foods in general by so many people in the Seacoast area. We will continue to maintain a waiting list for coming years. Hopefully, we will be able to expand to meet the demand in the near future.
In the meantime, don't despair...New Roots Farm will continue to sell at the Portsmouth, Exeter and Hampton Farmers Markets. This is a great way to visit us and learn about our fine organic produce. In effect, you can pick and choose your own custom "CSA Share" and develop a relationship with our farm as a regular customer at the Farmers' Markets. We have greatly enjoyed getting to know our many supporters who have done just that!
Please note, 2007 CSA members will have first opportunity to join in 2009. In addition, 2007 CSA members will receive 10% off all produce purchases from New Roots Farm at the Farmers' Markets (this is the approximate benefit you received as a CSA member). We hope that you will continue your relationship with us this season!
