Heritage Breed Pasture-Raised and Grass-Fed Meats
At New Roots Farm, our Heritage Breed Livestock is raised on grass and pasture.  We use a rotational grazing system where the animals are moved into new paddocks with fresh grass and forage at a minimum of several times a week. Our animals are very happy! You will be too after you try some of our succulent pastured pork, rich but mild grass-fed lamb,  flavorful roasting chickens and
lean grass-fed beef. Rediscover what honest meat tastes like...you'll never buy from the supermarket again.  In addition to a wide diversity of grasses and plant forage, we supplement our animals's diets with forage and hay raised on the farm. We work closely with artisanal butchers to insure that our animals are humanely treated and that the finished products are of the highest quality.  Our meats are available by the cut all winter long at the Seacoast Eat Local Winter Farmers' Markets.  We take pride in our livestockand are happy to show the living conditions of our animals to anybody at anytime.  Where does your meat come from?
